Qudra Nutrition – Return & Refund Policy

At Qudra Nutrition, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.


Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order, under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used supplements cannot be returned, unless they are defective or damaged.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds are issued for the product cost only. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.


How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at support@qudranutrition.com or use our contact form with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the process.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Opened or used products

  • Items purchased on final sale or during clearance promotions

  • Gift cards or promotional items
